Buffalo Chicken Salad
My version of chicken salad. Buffalo sauce is one of my favorite things so I used the wing sauce as a substitute for mayo. Chicken breast, a small box of frozen cauliflower, 2-3 celery stalks. Chop in food processor, fold in wing sauce to taste. I put some of the leftover celery stalk and it made a great healthy appetizer idea. No double dipping at a party! Lol enjoy.
Venturing into my first fitness competition :-/
I have included some pictures of where I have been (pregnancy I gained 100lbs with twins and 87lbs with single) and where I was a few weeks ago. I need to take some progress pics.
I will try to be consistant about updating the blog however with 3 small kids, a job and training the blog is time-consuming. Hi Everyone! I have had some technical difficulties with my blog but I’m back! I’m hoping to switch it up a bit (updating). Hopefully have some exciting fun things coming up. Going on a fitness journey so my diet has changed alot and I want the blog to reflect it.
